Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 4 to 6 years of audit experience in a corporate setting or with a public accounting firm
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven experience managing and developing teams during audit assignments
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements and related control frameworks
- Knowledge of standard audit methodologies and the application of various audit tools
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, including domestic and international destinations
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
- Certification as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CFE
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish in addition to English
- Experience with data analysis software such as ACL or Tableau
