About the Role
This position provides technical leadership in support of sales initiatives by designing customer-specific solutions, guiding system integrations, and delivering product expertise during client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and technical environments
- Design and present tailored system solutions that align with client needs
- Serve as the technical point of contact during pre-sales cycles
- Develop proof-of-concept demonstrations and configurations
- Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and partners
- Document system architectures and deployment strategies
- Support RFP and RFQ processes with accurate technical responses
- Troubleshoot integration challenges during solution design
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
- Coordinate with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Assist in defining scalable deployment models
- Provide input on product improvements based on field experience
- Deliver technical training to internal teams and partners
- Ensure solution designs comply with security and regulatory standards
- Track and report on pre-sales engineering activities
Nice to Have
- Experience with IoT or M2M technology platforms
- Certifications in networking or cloud infrastructure
- Background in telecommunications or hardware ecosystems
- Prior success in remote technical customer engagements
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools
