- Follow up consistently with leads to build trust and close placements
- Collaborate with care advisors to ensure smooth client transitions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets
- Use CRM tools to track progress and manage the sales pipeline
- Stay informed about senior care options and industry trends
- Adapt communication style to suit diverse client backgrounds
- Handle objections with professionalism and solution-focused responses
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
- Uphold ethical sales practices and client confidentiality
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries when applicable
- Conduct needs assessments to determine care level requirements
- Educate families on different types of senior housing and services
- Work within compliance guidelines for senior care referrals
- Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge
- Support onboarding of new team members when needed
