Responsibilities
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform to handle over 100 million weekly transactions using services such as App Engine, Firestore, Cloud Functions, IAM, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery
- Develop self-service platforms that allow engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and manage services without dependency on infrastructure teams
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that support fast, secure, and frequent deployments in a dynamic fintech environment
- Establish and enforce infrastructure standards that align with financial industry regulations and security compliance requirements
- Collaborate with backend engineering teams to design systems capable of processing complex financial workflows at scale
- Enhance system observability through monitoring, alerting, and reliability tooling to ensure uptime and performance of critical financial services
