Responsibilities
- Partnering with individuals across all organizational levels
- Assessing current workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement
- Assisting in the creation of strategies that advance operational scalability and effectiveness
- Supporting analytical efforts and initiatives related to distribution operations
- Analyzing data, creating models in Excel, and presenting insights to diverse stakeholders
- Performing on-site warehouse tasks such as time measurements, process mapping, system testing, and staff training
- Building detailed labor and activity-based cost models
- Aiding in the deployment of warehouse management systems
- Planning and configuring layouts for new facilities
- Rolling out automated systems and material handling technologies
Work Arrangement
On-site — Westminster, Maryland, Crawfordsville Operations Center

- Some projects require work in the warehouse
- Rarely are two days the same
- Role requires close collaboration with team members both in person and virtually
- Opportunities to take on increasing ownership over time
- Final title and compensation will be aligned based on the selected candidate’s skills and experience
