About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of technology platforms, guiding clients through onboarding, ensuring alignment between technical and operational teams, and driving projects to completion with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of technology solutions for clients
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding phases
- Coordinate between engineering, product, and client services teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies early
- Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and quality standards
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report on project progress and key performance indicators
- Facilitate client training and change management activities
- Manage documentation for implementation processes and deliverables
- Align technical configurations with client-specific requirements
- Support integration of systems with client workflows and infrastructure
- Drive resolution of issues impacting project timelines or outcomes
- Maintain consistent communication with executive sponsors as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security standards
- Optimize implementation processes for scalability and efficiency
- Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements
- Collaborate with sales and account management during transition phases
- Oversee third-party vendor coordination when applicable
- Promote best practices in project management across teams
- Utilize project management tools to track tasks and milestones
- Ensure client goals are met within defined timelines and budgets
- Support post-implementation reviews and handoff to operations
- Contribute to development of implementation methodologies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare technology regulations
