Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer delivery roles, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS implementations.
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise or compliance-focused implementations, ideally in security, GRC, or identity and access management environments.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP, and how they translate to customer outcomes and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor peers, and influence both customers and internal stakeholders to drive success.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate concepts like APIs, integrations, and security configurations at a high level.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage technical and business leaders alike.
- Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a growth mindset and desire to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
