About the Role
This role leads efforts to promote HVAC efficiency programs by building relationships with contractors, utilities, and industry partners, ensuring effective implementation and broad participation through targeted outreach and education.
Responsibilities
- Lead outreach and engagement activities for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning efficiency initiatives
- Develop and deliver training sessions for contractors and trade allies
- Collaborate with utility partners to align program goals and outreach strategies
- Support the development of marketing materials and program resources
- Conduct field visits to assess contractor needs and program performance
- Identify opportunities to improve outreach effectiveness and market penetration
- Maintain accurate records of contractor interactions and training events
- Assist in the design and execution of contractor incentive programs
- Serve as a technical resource for HVAC-related program requirements
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform program improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support
- Track and report on outreach metrics and participation rates
- Promote program benefits to increase contractor enrollment
- Stay current on HVAC technologies and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines and reporting standards
- Facilitate workshops and informational sessions for trade partners
- Troubleshoot contractor issues related to program participation
- Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Support the rollout of new program offerings and updates
- Use data to assess outreach impact and recommend adjustments
- Represent the program at industry events and conferences
- Communicate technical HVAC concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Ensure equitable access to program opportunities across regions
- Assist in evaluating contractor performance and engagement levels
- Contribute to long-term outreach strategy development
