Requirements
- Minimum of six years of direct, practical experience with HubSpot at both Professional and Enterprise levels
- Led end-to-end HubSpot deployments, system migrations, or major re-architecting projects, not just minor improvements
- Background in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Experience in a consultancy or agency setting managing multiple client engagements
- Proven ability to build operational systems from the ground up and troubleshoot existing flawed implementations
- Skilled at aligning technical solutions with business objectives without introducing unnecessary complexity
- Driven to take full ownership of challenges and develop effective, thoughtful solutions rather than quick fixes
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working at a HubSpot Solutions Partner organization
- Hold active HubSpot certifications in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Service, or Ops Hub
- Demonstrated experience guiding team members or managing technical projects
- Proficient with collaboration and automation tools including Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google Workspace
- Possesses a well-reasoned perspective on CRM data structure and can justify architectural decisions

- 6+ years of deep, hands-on HubSpot experience (Professional & Enterprise)
- Have led full implementations, migrations, or complex re-builds — not just optimizations
- Come from a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops background (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Have worked in a consulting or agency environment supporting multiple clients
- Are comfortable designing systems from scratch — and fixing broken ones
- Can connect business goals to technical execution without overcomplicating things
- Enjoy owning problems and figuring out the best solution, not the easiest one
