Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to shape talent strategies, including workforce planning, role structuring, and organizational change initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting leaders through periods of uncertainty and transition.

- Leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions and showcase HR's contribution to business outcomes.
- Work closely with Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals.
- Lead organizational design projects to enhance performance and support transformation efforts.
- Provide clear, composed, and practical resolutions to complex HR challenges.
- Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving methods to address non-routine issues.
- Identify root causes and jointly develop solutions with HR specialists and operations teams.
- Drive change by helping leaders confidently navigate organizational shifts.
- Influence outcomes across functions without formal authority, shaping direction and adoption of new practices.
- Advance leadership development and improve the effectiveness of people managers.
- Identify talent strengths and performance gaps across teams through proactive assessment.
- Safeguard and shape the employee experience in alignment with company values and objectives.
- Advise on complex employee relations matters, applying sound judgment, established frameworks, and awareness of business and legal risk.
- Mentor junior HR team members, offering coaching and guidance on sensitive or intricate issues.

Compensation
The compensation estimate is a good faith projection based on applicable state laws.. Actual base salary within the stated range will depend on role-specific factors and the candidate's location.. Salary range for this position: $91,100 - $160,400.
