About the Role
This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market positions, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The recruiter will partner with leadership to build pipelines, refine hiring processes, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for customer-facing teams across multiple regions
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify top-tier sales and GTM talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews across time zones
- Deliver a consistent and professional experience to applicants
- Use data to track time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and process efficiency
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Advise on market trends and compensation benchmarks for GTM roles
- Support onboarding preparation for successful hires
- Ensure alignment with diversity and inclusion goals in hiring practices
- Participate in recruitment process improvements
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and professional networks
- Evaluate candidates using structured interview frameworks
- Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner
- Scale hiring efforts in response to business growth
Nice to Have
- Prior experience recruiting for enterprise SaaS companies
- Exposure to international hiring across EMEA or APAC regions
- Background in data-driven recruitment analytics
- Certification in talent acquisition or HR
