About the Role

The role involves owning the full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market positions, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The recruiter will focus on sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent while contributing to process improvements and diversity initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles across multiple regions
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and GTM leaders
  • Act as a talent advisor during the hiring process
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams on hiring needs
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices
  • Use data to inform and improve hiring strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Participate in recruitment process optimization initiatives
  • Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks
  • Support onboarding for successful hires
  • Stay current on industry trends and talent markets
  • Represent the talent function in cross-functional meetings
  • Advocate for employer branding during candidate interactions
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through outreach
  • Evaluate hiring metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Contribute to recruitment project teams as needed
  • Support campus or early-in career hiring when required
  • Manage external recruitment agencies when applicable
  • Prepare and present recruitment updates to stakeholders
  • Promote internal mobility and talent development
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
