Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles across multiple regions
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and GTM leaders
- Act as a talent advisor during the hiring process
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Manage multiple job openings simultaneously with attention to detail
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams on hiring needs
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices
- Use data to inform and improve hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Participate in recruitment process optimization initiatives
- Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks
- Support onboarding for successful hires
- Stay current on industry trends and talent markets
- Represent the talent function in cross-functional meetings
- Advocate for employer branding during candidate interactions
- Identify and engage passive candidates through outreach
- Evaluate hiring metrics and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Contribute to recruitment project teams as needed
- Support campus or early-in career hiring when required
- Manage external recruitment agencies when applicable
- Prepare and present recruitment updates to stakeholders
- Promote internal mobility and talent development
