Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end pursuit planning for PEO and PMW opportunities, from initial shaping through contract award.
- Analyze program challenges, budget cycles, acquisition schedules, and technical requirements to identify strategic entry points.
- Convert long-range PEO goals into immediate business development and capture initiatives.
- Establish and manage high-level relationships with key government stakeholders.
- Foster trusted connections within program management offices across agencies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior Navy leaders, aligning technology offerings with operational modernization needs.
- Deliver significant, measurable growth results through successful program acquisition.
- Pursue and win multi-year contracts valued at $25 million to over $50 million annually.
- Manage opportunity assessment, bid decisions, competitive intelligence, teaming approaches, and pricing strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, product, mission, legal, and executive teams to produce winning proposals.
- Develop and maintain a robust growth pipeline with clear visibility into stages and risks.
- Maintain a structured opportunity funnel across targeted PEO domains with accurate forecasting.
- Align strategic objectives with immediate capture needs in collaboration with Mission Systems leadership.
- Serve as primary representative to customers and external partners.
- Articulate technical strengths, product capabilities, and unique value to senior acquisition officials.
- Engage with prime contractors and industry allies when collaboration improves win probability or execution outcomes.
