Lead the visual direction of key campaigns as a Senior Graphic Designer within a vibrant in-house creative team based in Dublin. You'll be responsible for developing original concepts, shaping brand expression, and ensuring design excellence across digital and print media. This role demands a strong creative vision, technical precision, and the ability to guide strategic projects from initial briefing through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visual concepts that align with core business campaigns and communication goals
- Lead design initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in every output
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into effective design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive, innovative team culture
- Uphold global brand standards while adapting creative for local needs
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate production
- Support the Creative Lead in task delegation and workflow coordination
- Apply motion design skills using Adobe After Effects for select digital projects
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in graphic design within an agency, in-house, or freelance capacity
- Degree or professional qualification in Visual Communications or a related field
- Proven ability to develop conceptual design work, demonstrated through a strong portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including advanced proficiency in After Effects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint for presentation design
- Experience in print production techniques and digital asset creation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of business goals and how design supports strategic outcomes
