Remote is hiring a Senior Go-To-Market Engineer (Sr. Revenue Operations Manager)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main owner of the go-to-market technology ecosystem, including CRM, engagement, and analytics platforms, ensuring systems are well-architected, documented, and integrated reliably.
  • Design and scale automated workflows enhanced by artificial intelligence across demand generation, pipeline growth, account expansion, and customer retention, using triggers and enrichment techniques.
  • Develop dashboards, attribution models, executive reports, and pipeline analytics to guide decision-making in B2B sales and marketing efforts.
  • Use customer and market data to forecast outcomes and deliver actionable insights that improve conversion and account growth strategies.
  • Turn predictive data models, such as lead scoring and propensity models, into executable operational processes across sales and marketing teams.
  • Foster a culture centered on data-driven decision-making in all go-to-market activities and workflows.
  • Serve as a translator between commercial teams and technical systems, enabling non-technical users to effectively use and extend GTM platforms.
  • Collaborate with business development, finance, and legal teams to maintain systems that manage contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, renewals, and billing processes.
  • Integrate commercial operations into program management and clinical trial execution, including contract tracking and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Identify inefficiencies and operational friction points, lead diagnostic efforts, and develop pilot solutions to improve workflow effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless integration between tools used across the customer lifecycle to maintain data integrity and system performance.
  • Prototype new workflows and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Enable proactive sales engagement through sequenced actions driven by real-time customer signals.
  • Support top-of-funnel initiatives using technology that enhances demand generation and lead capture.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools by providing clear documentation, training, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain clean, reliable data flows between systems to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Align technology capabilities with business goals across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
  • Promote system reliability and integration health across the full tech stack.
