Responsibilities
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models for real-world applications including churn forecasting, content creation, and trust evaluation, managing full lifecycle ownership of AI solutions
- Design and implement decision-capable AI agents that interact with users and systems, leveraging modular logic and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integration with tools and data sources
- Build and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and coordinate multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AgentCore, or Strands Agents
- Develop reusable AI services by packaging models into APIs and serverless functions using AWS Lambda and RESTful interfaces for broad internal access
- Connect AI components with enterprise platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as internal systems, to enable automated end-to-end workflows
- Ensure AI systems are reliable, interpretable, and compliant with regulatory and ethical standards, reflecting organizational values
- Utilize cloud-native technologies on AWS—including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and ECS/Fargate—to build scalable and resilient AI infrastructure
