Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and sustain platform functionalities through full development cycles
- Work closely with product teams, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions centered on user needs
- Engage in peer code reviews and support the growth of less experienced developers
- Take part in architectural planning and influence key technical choices
- Maintain strong code standards and system performance via testing, monitoring, and tuning
- Assist in establishing and upholding engineering and DevOps best practices
- Keep current with emerging technologies and assess tools to enhance platform capabilities
