Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and React.js, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices
- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and professional development opportunities
- Architect scalable solutions and make strategic technical decisions that align with organizational goals and long-term vision
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team, ensuring efficient project delivery
- Manage database design, optimization, and implementation using SQL Server and other relevant technologies
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment processes
- Conduct technical interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a high-performing team
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending adoption where appropriate
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards to maintain consistency and quality across projects
