Pulley is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer, AI to build and integrate AI capabilities across our core equity platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, from backend services orchestrating agentic workflows to frontend experiences that bring AI-powered features to life, working closely with product and design to improve our product.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain features end-to-end, from backend services in Go to polished TypeScript/React frontend experiences.
- Implement APIs and service interfaces that connect AI capabilities to our core product reliably and at scale.
- Ship complex, multi-step workflow orchestration with strong reliability and observability.
- Build frontend features that leverage AI to enhance and simplify equity workflows for users.
- Drive performance improvements across the stack, including caching, database optimization, and responsive UI.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices and system design.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience building production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Go and TypeScript/React, or equivalent balanced backend and frontend experience.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into production applications.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks and tool orchestration patterns.
- Solid API design skills and experience with service-to-service communication.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and system observability in production.
- Clear communicator who can turn product requirements into well-scoped technical plans.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Go and TypeScript/React.
- Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration frameworks.
- Background in fintech or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Cursor or Copilot.
