Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and sustain scalable backend systems, microservices, and APIs
- Integrate third-party services and external APIs to extend platform functionality
- Maintain secure, well-documented, and rigorously tested backend infrastructure
- Build, test, and deploy production-ready features for end users
- Collaborate effectively within a distributed engineering team
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Engage with business teams to define objectives and convert them into technical specifications
- Apply a collaborative, data-informed, and iterative methodology to product development
- Estimate project scope and delivery timelines accurately
- Support multiple layers of the technology stack as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
