What You'll Do
Take full technical ownership of a platform serving high-impact sectors, building and refining applications from the frontend to the backend. Design and implement robust APIs, optimize system performance, and ensure reliability across mobile and web environments. Work closely with product and design teams to deliver features that meet real-world needs.
Drive architectural decisions and help shape the long-term direction of the platform. Integrate intelligent automation and AI-enhanced capabilities where appropriate, ensuring solutions are both scalable and maintainable. Participate in code reviews and uphold high standards for code quality and system integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of full-stack engineering experience
- Deep expertise in React, React Native, and Node.js
- Proven track record of shipping and supporting production mobile apps for iOS and Android
- Ability to navigate frontend, backend, and integration layers independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging and performance tuning
- Experience thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in developing AI-driven features or automated workflows
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with security standards, compliance frameworks, or regulated industries
