Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing support of new features for a SaaS platform, providing technical guidance across the full development lifecycle.
- Apply strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to design scalable and efficient system architectures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect user requirements and convert them into reliable technical implementations.
- Perform detailed code reviews, promote coding standards, and advocate for testing practices to ensure high code quality.
- Identify and resolve complex technical problems and software defects to maintain platform stability and performance.
- Advance security and compliance efforts by applying web security principles and adhering to industry standards.
- Keep current with emerging technologies and development practices, promoting continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.
