We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the evolution of our web platforms, combining strong technical expertise with leadership in a collaborative environment. You will play a central role in shaping application architecture, writing clean and maintainable code, and ensuring systems are built for scale, security, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using React for the frontend and .NET for backend services.
- Drive architectural direction and lead technical evaluations for new features and system improvements.
- Optimize applications for speed, reliability, and secure data handling across distributed systems.
- Support and mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
- Review code thoroughly to uphold quality, consistency, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
- Keep current with emerging technologies and advocate for modern, efficient development methods.
What You Bring
- Minimum of five years of professional experience building web applications with React and .NET.
- Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and component-based frontend development.
- Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs effectively.
- Experience making high-level technical decisions that influence system architecture.
- Familiarity with Git and branching workflows in team environments.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Initiative to identify problems and drive solutions independently.
Preferred Background
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Understanding of modern build pipelines and deployment automation.
- Working knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.

Work Model
This is a hybrid position based in Wrocław, requiring regular in-person collaboration balanced with remote flexibility.
Compensation
Monthly gross salary between 15,500 and 21,000 PLN, commensurate with experience.
