Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack features spanning React-based frontend and FastAPI-powered backend, ensuring technical choices support both rapid iteration and long-term code health
- Develop intelligent agent workflows using LangGraph to power automation in screening, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and coordination across multiple agents
- Lead technical projects from concept to deployment, translating ambiguous requirements into structured engineering tasks and owning end-to-end delivery
- Connect internal and external data systems—including third-party providers such as LexisNexis and internal data warehouses—with resilient integration patterns, error management, and monitoring
- Enhance system stability by implementing comprehensive observability, alerting mechanisms, and performance tuning for AI-powered services in production
- Support the growth of less experienced engineers through active code reviews, collaborative coding sessions, and technical mentorship
- Influence engineering culture by contributing to architectural standards, code quality practices, and team-level development processes
- Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, and other engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet both user needs and regulatory requirements
