Responsibilities
- Engage in all phases of team ceremonies including sprint planning, execution, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Build and maintain React-based user interface components
- Write and test backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Work effectively with relational databases and demonstrate advanced SQL proficiency
- Conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality across the team
- Create and maintain unit, integration, and automated testing frameworks
- Manage code integration and deployment processes, including CI/CD pipeline development for both legacy and new modules
- Apply in-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure best practices
- Guide and mentor team members through technical challenges and solution design
- Decompose complex features into manageable development tasks and user stories
- Monitor advancements in technology and align relevant innovations with organizational needs
