About the Role
You will scale enterprise-grade products in areas such as Business Partner Transparency, Product Transparency, or Operations Efficiency, leveraging expertise in Typescript, Node.js, and React to develop intelligent, automated software solutions at the intersection of enterprise systems and environmental data.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack features with modern technologies, prioritizing scalability and long-term maintainability.
- Build and improve software tools that automate intricate compliance processes for organizations of varying sizes.
- Work closely with cross-functional agile teams including product, design, and engineering to shape and deliver product features.
- Maintain code quality, security, and performance through thorough code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead the architectural design of systems, focusing on reliability, speed, and optimal user experience.
- Participate in technical planning and strategic decisions, identifying ways to innovate and enhance development workflows.
- Guide and support less experienced developers, promoting continuous learning and high technical standards.
