divelement is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead CMS migrations and rebranding initiatives. In this role, you will spearhead the migration of a large-scale marketing website from WordPress to a modern, headless CMS architecture built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel. You'll join a remote-first, cross-functional team of 11-50 employees, focusing on a high-impact website overhaul and full rebranding project.
What You'll Do
- Lead a full website migration and rebrand by moving an existing WordPress site to a Next.js and headless CMS setup on Vercel.
- Design and build scalable architectures with reusable components optimized for performance and SEO.
- Integrate with headless CMS platforms like Storyblok, Sanity, or Contentful to create editor-friendly content systems.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to turn design systems into performant frontend solutions.
- Optimize for speed, SEO, and accessibility by applying industry best practices.
- Support deployment pipelines using Git, CI/CD workflows, and Vercel's platform capabilities.
- Own quality from development to launch by testing, debugging, and monitoring post-deployment performance.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional full-stack or frontend-heavy development experience.
- Deep proficiency with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong experience with WordPress, especially in migration contexts.
- Hands-on knowledge of headless CMS platforms like Storyblok, Contentful, or Sanity.
- Proven track record of CMS migrations and/or rebranding projects.
- Experience deploying to Vercel, including use of Edge Functions, ISR, and analytics.
- Strong eye for UI/UX consistency, responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git workflows, Agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems, Figma handoff, and SEO best practices.
