Join a forward-thinking team building the next generation of digital learning and employee development tools. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll play a central role in evolving a cloud-based SaaS platform used for onboarding and training. Your work will span the entire stack—from crafting responsive frontend interfaces to designing scalable backend services and data pipelines.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain full-stack features using modern frameworks, following test-driven development practices within an agile workflow
- Enhance the platform’s interactive learning experience by improving performance, reliability, and user engagement
- Design intuitive interfaces and seamless interactions, backed by robust and secure backend systems
- Build and refine APIs that connect with HR technology ecosystems
- Develop real-time reporting capabilities, from data ingestion to interactive dashboards
- Implement AI-powered functionality using large language models, including automated content creation and intelligent user assistance
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to solve complex technical challenges and set architectural direction
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack web development with modern frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies, and frontend tools like Angular
- Proven ability to design and deliver features from database to UI
- Strong knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience integrating AI models and APIs, including OpenAI or similar LLM platforms
- Commitment to writing clean, testable code and using automation to ensure quality
- Customer-focused mindset—able to turn user needs into effective technical solutions
- Fluency in English and readiness to take full ownership of features
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms, particularly AWS
