Incedo is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust web applications using Java and ReactJS. You will play a key role in client engagement, technical design, and team mentorship.
What You'll Do
- Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and design systems of varying complexity.
- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and plan solutions, liaising with other team members to develop the technical design.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, review their code, and establish quality gates.
- Build and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines, applying secure coding practices and unit-testing frameworks.
- Lead and manage the team’s growth, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership to inspire and motivate team members.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
- A B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university; a computer science background is preferred.
- Proficiency in the Java programming language and React.js.
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java-based frameworks.
- Expertise in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead a team, provide guidance and mentorship, and focus on career management.
