Harbor is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and improve the Workwize SaaS platform for remote team equipment management. In this role, you will work across the full stack, making key architectural decisions and building reusable APIs and components to elevate the platform.
What You'll Do
- Work with a team of engineers on both front-end and back-end to make architectural decisions and bring the platform to the next level.
- Build best-in-class product experiences for customers.
- Create and design reusable APIs and components.
- Constantly develop new features to expand the product offering.
What We're Looking For
- At least a Bachelor's degree in tech or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of work experience with Laravel and React frameworks.
- Experience building applications with Javascript/Typescript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8.
- Passionate about usability, user experience, and elegant UI.
- Eager to learn, discuss, and share knowledge.
- Absolute fan of TDD and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong track record of leading technical projects and coordinating teams of 3+ engineers.
- Experience mentoring and supporting the professional growth of fellow engineers.
- Background in product-based companies with multiple product and engineering teams.
- Proven track record of driving engineering initiatives that impacted other teams or the wider organization.
- Fluent in business English, both written and verbal.
- Critical thinking and initiative with a hands-on, nothing-is-impossible mindset.
- Enjoy working with teams with multidisciplinary backgrounds.
- Experience working in dynamic environments, such as a startup or scaleup.
- Strong user-orientation and communication skills.
