About the Role

This position is responsible for driving accuracy and efficiency in revenue recognition and related financial operations by leveraging technical expertise, process optimization, and data integrity. The role partners closely with finance, sales, and systems teams to ensure reliable reporting and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and maintain revenue recognition processes across multiple systems
  • Collaborate with accounting and sales teams to ensure compliance with revenue policies
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and reporting workflows
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to revenue
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue performance tracking
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
  • Partner with IT and systems teams on integration and automation initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements
  • Manage system configurations impacting revenue operations
  • Lead projects to enhance scalability of financial processes
  • Provide insights to leadership on revenue trends and operational risks
  • Standardize processes across global regions for consistency
  • Train stakeholders on revenue systems and reporting tools
  • Monitor key performance indicators for revenue operations
  • Evaluate new business requirements and assess impact on revenue systems
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date system knowledge
  • Support SOX compliance and internal audit requests
  • Work with global teams to align on revenue recognition standards
  • Assist in system upgrades and change management efforts
  • Drive data quality initiatives across financial platforms
