Responsibilities
- Create and sustain high-quality front-end applications and shared UI frameworks using React, TypeScript, and modern web standards.
- Develop modular, reusable, and performant UI components for a centralized component library used enterprise-wide.
- Guarantee adherence to accessibility standards including WCAG and ARIA to support inclusive digital experiences.
- Architect flexible APIs, theming capabilities, and scalable UI architectures for component systems.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to turn design system specifications into functional, accessible components.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical challenges related to rendering, state management, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Produce comprehensive tests, uphold code quality standards, document systems, and influence technical direction and development practices.
