Responsibilities
- Create reusable frontend frameworks and component libraries adopted by all product development teams.
- Develop internal tools and infrastructure to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
- Diagnose and resolve performance and scalability issues in frontend systems.
- Work closely with design system and product teams to maintain accessibility, consistency, and system reliability.
- Lead technical planning and promote adherence to frontend best practices.
- Support professional growth of engineers and contribute to the development of frontend expertise across the organization.
