Responsibilities
- Serve as primary owner of the Pigment platform, managing data modeling, calculation frameworks, dimensional design, security protocols, version control, and deployment processes, while setting foundational architecture for enterprise planning.
- Collaborate with the Data Office to ensure high-quality upstream data, integrate source systems, and maintain consistent dimensional standards across ERP, EPM, and BI platforms, with full oversight of data flows between BigQuery, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Looker, and Pigment.
- Establish and enforce technical standards for the Pigment environment by developing scalable modeling practices, reusable design patterns, and best-in-class implementations, while advancing team capabilities through detailed documentation and tailored training for FP&A.
- Partner with finance and data leadership to translate business needs into platform solutions, shaping methodology and influencing the strategic evolution of financial systems.
