Responsibilities
- Manage the Pigment platform, overseeing data modeling, calculation logic, dimensional frameworks, access controls, versioning, and deployment processes.
- Make strategic architectural choices that shape long-term financial planning operations.
- Work closely with the Data Office to ensure data accuracy, integrate source systems, and align on dimensional standards across ERP, EPM, and BI platforms.
- Ensure reliable and accurate data flow between BigQuery, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Looker, and Pigment.
- Establish high standards for technical execution by developing scalable modeling practices and implementation guidelines in Pigment.
- Improve team capabilities through detailed documentation and tailored training initiatives for FP&A stakeholders.
- Partner with finance and data leaders to translate business needs into technical system solutions.
- Play a key role in shaping the platform's methodology and future strategic direction.
