Responsibilities
- Act as the main finance contact for designated business units, guiding scenario analysis and providing strategic insights to support leadership decisions.
- Track actual performance relative to KPIs, annual plans, and budgets, flagging risks and opportunities and proposing data-backed recommendations.
- Manage budgeting processes across departments and cost areas, ensuring efficient allocation of funds, precise forecasting, and coordination with Accounting during monthly close cycles.
- Contribute significantly to annual operating plan development by aligning financial planning with organizational strategy and long-term growth goals.
- Improve and sustain financial reporting systems to deliver clear, actionable views of profit and loss performance and variance drivers to business leaders.
