About the Role
This position leads technical service delivery for complex diagnostic systems, focusing on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of laboratory diagnostic instruments
- Conduct scheduled and emergency maintenance at customer sites
- Install and calibrate new equipment according to specifications
- Document service activities and outcomes accurately in the system
- Respond to technical issues within defined service level agreements
- Collaborate with technical support teams for escalation resolution
- Train customers on proper equipment operation and care
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain inventory of service tools and spare parts
- Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution
- Adhere to company service protocols and quality guidelines
- Use diagnostic software to assess instrument performance
- Support remote diagnostics when feasible
- Escalate complex technical problems appropriately
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Track and report equipment performance trends
- Coordinate with sales teams during customer transitions
- Provide feedback on product improvements
- Attend technical training to stay current with product updates
- Manage time efficiently across multiple customer locations
Nice to Have
