Shape marketing strategy across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region by designing and executing field initiatives that directly support sales goals and revenue growth. You'll build programs tailored to diverse markets including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Design and manage a regional field marketing strategy that drives qualified pipeline through targeted campaigns, events, and outreach
- Plan and execute high-engagement experiences such as executive roundtables, virtual events, and conference sponsorships
- Develop account-based marketing initiatives focused on strategic enterprise accounts across the region
- Collaborate with technology and channel partners, including major cloud providers, to launch co-branded campaigns and expand market reach
- Use data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics platforms to measure performance, iterate quickly, and prove marketing’s contribution to revenue
Who You Are
You have 3–5 years of experience in field or demand generation marketing, with a strong track record of influencing pipeline in APJ markets. You’re skilled at aligning marketing efforts with sales outcomes and thrive in cross-functional environments.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise software is a plus
- Comfortable using AI tools thoughtfully to enhance productivity and creativity
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Based in Sydney with the ability to work in a hybrid model
