Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of recruiting experience within the engineering, A/E/C, or professional services industry
- Minimum 8 years of experience within a high-volume, high-performance agency recruiting environment
- Proven success in recruiting senior-level engineering and leadership talent within the civil engineering consulting industry
- Strong cold calling and direct sourcing experience with demonstrated success in engaging passive candidates
- Deep understanding of engineering consulting structures, technical disciplines, and infrastructure markets
- Highly proactive, persistent, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Experience developing and managing long-term talent pipelines across multiple engineering disciplines
- Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
