**Your Role**
We're seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant with ERP chops **(think Netsuite, Oracle Fusion, SAP s/4, Ariba or Coupa)** to lead customer onboarding and shape our product roadmap. Since every business needs what we're building, you'll work with a diverse range of clients across industries—current roster includes OpenAI, Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Databricks, and more.
**You Will**
- Lead onboarding for new customers, diving deep into their requirements and creatively configuring our product to solve their unique challenges
- Own the entire implementation process—roll up those sleeves and build customer workflows from scratch
- Run training and Q&A sessions that empower customers to use the product independently
- Manage project timelines and requirements across multiple customer onboardings
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to determine feature requests and set clear customer expectations
- Do whatever it takes to make customers successful and happy
- Continuously refine post-sales processes to help customers accelerate their time to value
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years in Procurement/Sourcing, ERP/P2P Systems Consulting, or B2B SaaS customer relationship management
- Experience implementing or administering procurement tools/ERPs like Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, or Netsuite
- Communication skills that could charm the socks off anyone
- Obsessive attention to detail and proactivity
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams
- Ability to push back diplomatically while keeping everyone smiling
- Comfortable with software configuration (technical skills are a bonus)
- Willing to go the extra mile for Zip and our customers
