About the Role
This role involves collaborating with sales and product teams to understand customer needs, architecting technical solutions, and guiding enterprise clients through implementation processes to ensure successful adoption and long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with enterprise-level clients during the sales cycle
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures
- Collaborate with sales teams to design customized solution proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to specific customer use cases
- Evaluate customer environments to identify integration needs and constraints
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations to validate solution designs
- Provide technical guidance during contract negotiations and procurement stages
- Work with customer IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment
- Document solution designs and implementation plans for internal and client use
- Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities and limitations
- Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities
- Support customer escalations related to technical feasibility or performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competing platforms and industry trends
- Assist in refining internal technical onboarding materials and playbooks
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards in proposed solutions
- Participate in large-scale deployment planning for enterprise rollouts
- Coordinate with engineering teams to clarify product behavior and roadmap
- Mentor junior members of the solutions engineering team
- Deliver technical training sessions for customer stakeholders
- Track and report on technical deal risks and mitigation strategies
