About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers working on health data systems
- Drive architecture and technical direction for AI and machine learning platforms
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to define roadmap priorities
- Ensure delivery of reliable, secure, and compliant software solutions
- Oversee engineering practices including code quality, testing, and deployment
- Guide the development of scalable data pipelines for population-level health analysis
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation across engineering initiatives
- Work closely with data scientists to integrate predictive models into production
- Support compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks for potential adoption
- Promote cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and research
- Champion best practices in software engineering and system reliability
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in complex healthcare systems
- Contribute to strategic planning for long-term product scalability
