As the Senior Engineering Manager for Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions, you will lead a multidimensional technical organization focused on expanding how external partners and enterprise customers interact with the platform. Your scope includes three core areas: Solution Engineering, Developer Toolkits, and the System Integrator program—each critical to scaling technical adoption across diverse markets.
Leadership & Strategy
You will define the direction for how technical partnerships are structured, ensuring alignment between internal product capabilities and external delivery models. This includes owning the System Integrator program end-to-end—from setting quality standards to shaping operating practices that scale efficiently. You’ll work closely with procurement, product, and engineering teams to ensure architectural integrity while accelerating partner-led implementations.
Your role bridges technical depth and commercial insight. You’ll support high-impact enterprise engagements by guiding integration design, enabling proof-of-concepts, and aligning solution architecture with customer outcomes. At the same time, you’ll act as the connective layer between internal engineering, solution teams, and external integrators, preventing bottlenecks while maintaining technical excellence.
Platform & Developer Enablement
You’ll lead the evolution of Developer Toolkits, ensuring APIs, SDKs, and documentation empower external developers to build meaningful integrations. As AI and agentic workflows reshape platform usage, you’ll ensure developer experiences keep pace—making it easier to discover, adopt, and extend platform capabilities.
You’ll shape the technical roadmap in collaboration with product teams, influencing key components like the Apps SDK, App Intents, Data Connectors, and the broader Integration Platform. Feedback from enterprise customers, system integrators, and field engineers will inform prioritization, ensuring platform investments deliver real-world value.
Team Development & Operating Principles
You are responsible for growing engineering talent across multiple functions, fostering a culture where technical ownership and leadership are cultivated. Your approach centers on empowerment—removing obstacles, delegating with clarity, and coaching through inquiry rather than directive management.
