Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct multiple global engineering teams.
- Establish and uphold technical excellence for the Devices Management group, ensuring rigorous architectural reviews, automated testing, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Product and Design leadership to define the strategic vision, translating complex business needs into balanced technical execution plans.
- Implement AI-assisted engineering workflows to enhance developer productivity and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Identify and address organizational bottlenecks, optimizing the SDLC, improving developer velocity, and using data to drive continuous team performance improvement.
- Work with peers and other teams to build, lead, and inspire a top-tier engineering organization.
