- Understand how to manage a structural team within a multidisciplinary setting using BIM workflows, primarily in Autodesk Revit.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding schedules, meetings, and project challenges to manage expectations.
- Identify risks to timelines or priorities and develop contingency plans proactively.
- Apply broad engineering knowledge across diverse structural assignments and related technical domains.
