Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and sustain the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP)
- Verify adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and contractual obligations
- Carry out inspections and testing for materials, equipment, and construction or installation processes
- Evaluate and authorize Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality protocols
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on quality assurance matters
- Track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and verify corrective and preventive actions are completed
- Generate and manage quality-related documentation, reports, and records
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits as needed
- Ensure accurate calibration and control of measurement and testing instruments
- Possess prior experience working on marine construction or offshore projects
- Assist in advancing continuous improvement efforts focused on quality outcomes
