Responsibilities
- Technically lead the Install, test, and turn-up of complex, multi-site, 911 Call handling systems using Motorola E-911 platforms and 3rd party adjunct systems.
- This could be on site for larger installs
- Program and Test VESTA as well as associated peripheral systems such as Analytics and HUD.
- Perform high level site surveys and attend call flow meetings as needed.
- Provide technical guidance to Management on all implementation and procedure documentation
- Clearly define, interpret, and communicate any problem, escalations, or resolution to internal and external resources.
- Provide configuration of Hewlett Packard and Cisco network switches
- Provide assistance with integration of customer serial interfaces. CAD, Mapping, ECats…
- Complete implementation documentation including call flow and elevation diagrams as required.
- Work with minimal supervision (self-motivated) and coordinate onsite activities with other technicians during implementations involving the service department or sub-contractors.
- Other activities as assigned by Team Manager.

- Must be able to work outside of normal business hours upon request.
- Must be able to work in small environments, climb ladders, and handle lifting of equipment up to 35lbs.
- Travel is required, 30%
