Responsibilities
- Influence multiple teams by identifying technical blockers, addressing architectural risks, defining data agreements, and advancing mobile development standards.
- Align technical initiatives with long-term architectural goals and measurable business impact, prioritizing outcomes over activity.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale features with minimal oversight, from initial concept through to production deployment.
- Balance maintenance of legacy systems with active modernization of the technology stack to improve scalability and maintainability.
- Leverage native iOS expertise to build and integrate native modules within React Native applications.
- Establish robust testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and manage CI/CD pipelines with support for urgent fixes.
- Use monitoring tools like Datadog, Firebase, and Luciq to debug issues, track performance, and enhance application reliability.
- Promote operational efficiency by adopting standardized tooling to shorten onboarding time and reduce delays in development workflows.
- Work closely with Product, UX, and QA teams to assess feature viability, streamline requirements, and ensure user-centered product delivery.
- Guide junior engineers through code reviews, documentation, technical mentorship, and informal knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities.
