Responsibilities
- Lead engineering efforts on small to large-scale projects with minimal supervision, overseeing team performance in design quality, budget adherence, and schedule compliance across all phases including conceptual planning, feasibility, detailed design, and construction support.
- Support proposal and marketing material development by outlining past project scopes and activities.
- Define project objectives, establish system budgets, and determine the overall design strategy.
- Collaborate with client representatives during early planning stages to clarify needs and develop design concepts.
- Coordinate with clients and other professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with or exceeding client expectations.
- Design mechanical building systems and components for various industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with company quality standards, applicable codes, and client-specific requirements.
- Conduct engineering analysis, develop system details, perform design work, and prepare technical reports and studies.
- Actively engage in project planning, design, or review processes, working closely with structural, process, electrical, architectural, and civil engineering disciplines.
- Guide and mentor junior engineering staff to support professional development and team performance.
- Conduct site visits to build client relationships, gather design data, and monitor construction progress.
