Responsibilities

• Execute advanced technical projects autonomously in systems requiring high reliability and uptime.
• Guide technical evaluations and influence system architecture, with a focus on transitioning to TypeScript and Node.js.
• Promote AI-powered development by actively using tools such as Cursor and Claude, and support team members in mastering prompt engineering and efficient workflows.
• Explain technical decisions and compromises clearly to both engineering teams and business stakeholders to align on strategic priorities.
• Ensure systems are reliable and well-documented by driving improvements in service-level objectives, monitoring, and operational clarity.
